Shipping charges

We offer free standard UK delivery on orders of £40 or more.

The £40 threshold applies to the product subtotal after discounts, excluding delivery charges.

For orders below £40, delivery charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Charges for other destinations or delivery options, where available, are shown at checkout before payment.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders are dispatched within 1-2** working days** of order confirmation.

After dispatch, delivery usually takes a further 3-5** working days**. Please allow for both stages when planning your order.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email, including tracking details where available. Products sent directly by our suppliers may arrive in separate parcels.
